In the southbound direction, you will be served at the coffee bar by a barista with a piston machine.

All types of coffee are also available to take away.

Our self-service restaurants are equipped with 4 Franke fully automatic coffee machines per direction of travel. This means that there are no long waiting times, even for many guests, and delicious variations such as latte macchiato can be prepared in no time at all. Our long-standing coffee supplier Chicco Doro roasts and refines the coffee on the south side of the Gotthard. This guarantees consistent quality and therefore optimum coordination with the machine settings.

We source our bread range and most of our baked goods from local bakeries, which supply us with fresh products every day. Anything that is not available locally is baked fresh on an ongoing basis. Sausage, cheese and eggs for our breakfast menu are supplied by regional producers and freshly prepared by our kitchen staff.

We make some of the dessert creations ourselves. Most of the cakes and baked goods come from the Schnürriger Rotenthurm bakery and the Baggenstoss company in Seedorf.

We have a spacious self-service restaurant with front cooking in both the southbound and northbound directions.

Our catering philosophy is to combine regional, fresh products with fast, tasty food that "everyone" can enjoy.

The result is a mixture of well-prepared, self-service dishes and fresh front cooking with a short waiting time. This means that several hundred guests can easily be catered for every hour and the food is always freshly prepared, even at off-peak times. True to the motto: quality always comes first.

Our standard menu is constantly supplemented by seasonal offers and a daily menu at an attractive price.

We also follow our philosophy of preparing as much fresh, regional and seasonal food as possible in the take-away area.
For this reason, we prepare fresh sandwiches, focaccia and bowls several times a day to ensure that even "quick" meals are a tasty experience.

Some products are only available seasonally. To prevent food waste, not all varieties are available until late in the evening.
